Needed: A Real Estate Professional to Perform Buyer Representation, Conduct Open Houses and Attend Showings

Let's take the business to the next level with you as part of the team. You will learn while you earn. We are residential real estate agents with Keller Williams Realty. The NorthCompass Group is currently looking to interview new agents and experienced agents for our highly successful team.

Requirements:

Hours: The team member will work full time, consistently working 4-5 days a during the week. Some work will be on weekends too. Real estate sales must be your sole focus. We are not looking for anyone who is trying to earn extra income.

Education / Professional Skills:

- A current Real Estate license is not required for application.
- A college degree is preferred but not required (Recent Grads can apply)
- Sales skillls or experience in a customer service role.
- Marketing experience
- A high degree of motivation, being task oriented, having very strong organizational skills, an ability to communicate clearly to a variety of people, strong negotiation skills, personal drive and an ability to be a true team player are all essential to this position.
-Proficiency is in all Microsoft Word, Outlook, MS-Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat applications.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. The commission schedule is based on experience.
